What does this require from me as a guest? 🎙️
We will book approx. 1 hour for the recording, but the actual podcast episode will be shorter.
We will prepare an initial script including the themes and the general questions of the interview and send it to you before recording. If you want to, you can also comment and request specific topics. The interview will be in English.
The hosts will use the script to take the discussion forward, but besides that, we want to keep it flowing naturally, and off-topic discussion is also very much allowed. If needed, everything can be edited afterwards, so no need to stress!
What kind of technical setup is needed? 💻
- We use Zencastr as recording software. You can access it via the link we will provide.
- You need a Wi-Fi or secure internet connection and your computer (not a phone). You’ll need to use Firefox or Chrome as your browser.
- We will have audio and video so allow the software to use your mic and camera. However, we will not publish the full video version as such, just the audio. The video is used mainly for you and the hosts to see each other during the interview, and in short clips for marketing purposes.
- If possible, please wear headphones to avoid echo. A separate microphone is preferred but earbud/mic combos work as well.

What happens after recording? ✅
You get to listen to the recording and send your possible comments before we publish anything. We will also ask you to provide a profile picture for marketing purposes.
Every podcast episode will be accompanied by a blog post summarising the interview.
As we publish the episode, we will share the links immediately so you get to share it on your own networks as well.
